All meals are ready to heat and eat, no prep needed, simply heat in the microwave or the oven.
A new menu is posted weekly with 9 meals to choose from including vegan, vegetarian, healthy proteins, gluten free and dairy free.

#1 Taco Bowl, Turkey, Beef or Tofu (GF)
Seasoned brown rice, taco meat (ground turkey or ground beef or tofu), black beans, cheese, Pico de Gallo (tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lime juice, cilantro) and crispy tortilla strips. This dish is gluten-free and can be easily frozen for later enjoyment. Dairy free customers ask for no cheese.
#2 Persian Chicken Kabob with Grilled Veggies, Rice, Tzatziki Sauce (GF)
Juicy and flavorful chicken kabobs marinated in a savory Persian saffron marinade and grilled to perfection with a variety of vegetables such as tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. Served with rice and a tzatziki sauce made with yogurt, cucumber, and dill. This dish is gluten-free and can be easily frozen for later enjoyment, except for the tzatziki sauce. Dairy free customers ask for no tzatziki.
#3 Sesame Mahi Mahi with Couscous & Quinoa Pilaf (DF) or (DF,GF)
Savor the taste of perfectly seared sesame-crusted Mahi Mahi, served on a bed of fluffy couscous and red quinoa pilaf. Accompanied by grilled asparagus and a mouth-watering orange ginger sauce. This dish is dairy-free and can be easily frozen for later enjoyment. For gluten free clients I’m using a white quinoa and red quinoa pilaf.
#4 BBQ Pulled Pork Bowl (GF)
BBQ pulled pork, paired with creamy mashed potatoes, hearty baked beans, and a tangy coleslaw. This dish is gluten-free and can be easily frozen for later enjoyment. The coleslaw does not freeze well. You may request dairy free and we will leave the milk and butter out of the mashed potatoes.
#5 Chicken Caesar Salad (GF option)
Enjoy a classic Caesar salad made with crisp romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan, Caesar dressing and grilled chicken breast. This dish can be made gluten-free by choosing the croutons with gluten-free options.
#6 Black Bean Burger
A delicious and hearty vegetarian option, this black bean burger is made with a blend of black beans, bell peppers, onions, chili powder, breadcrumbs and feta cheese. Served with a flavorful Mexican rice pilaf, made with rice, corn, black beans, and chili seasonings, and chipotle sauce. This dish can be easily frozen for later enjoyment by removing the chipotle sauce. The chitole sauce will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks. The black bean burger cannot be made dairy free.
#7 Kung Pao Vegetarian or Chicken (GF, DF)
Kung Pao stir-fry is made with a medley of fresh vegetables such as broccoli, zucchini, onion, and bell peppers, all tossed in a medium-spicy Asian peanut sauce. This dish can be enjoyed as a vegetarian option or with the addition of chicken, and is gluten-free and dairy-free.
#8 Lasagna, Beef or Vegetarian
Indulge in a classic Italian favorite with our lasagna options! Our vegetarian lasagna is made with tender noodles, rich tomato sauce, and a savory blend of chopped veggies like carrots, zucchini, onions, and broccoli, topped with creamy ricotta and mozzarella. If you prefer meat, our beef lasagna is made with beef, carrots, zucchini, onions, tender noodles and rich tomato sauce. Whichever you choose, it's sure to hit the spot!
#9 Broccoli Cheese Quiche
Made with a rich egg custard, tender broccoli florets and cheddar cheese, all baked in a flaky pie crust. Served with a side of potatoes O'Brien, made with onions and peppers. This dish can be easily frozen for later enjoyment. Quiche cannot be made dairy free.
#10 Garden Side Salad, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing (GF) - A refreshing and light side dish, this salad is made with romaine, carrots, celery, green onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. This dish is perfect for those looking for a healthy and satisfying side dish to complement their main course.
Sausage Breakfast Burrito (DF option)
Breakfast sausage, eggs, potatoes, salsa and cheese. Dairy free customers request no cheese. Freezes well.
Whole Quiche (GF option)
Your choice of Quiche Lorraine, Broccoli & Cheddar or Asparagus & Swiss. Savory egg custard baked in a pie crust. Freezes well.

We use locally raised hormone and antibiotic free Redbird chicken, Aspen Ridge beef and Polidori sausage. All meals are fully cooked, made fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen. Ready to heat and eat. Meals last 5-6 days in the refrigerator, most meals will freeze well, except fresh salads, slaws and tzataki. The FDA recommends that all food be heated to an internal temperature of at least 165°F before consuming.
