We make our salmon cakes with wild caught salmon, bread crumbs, dill and eggs. Served with chipotle mayo and mango cabbage slaw. Dairy free.

Choose chicken or vegetarian, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, onions, green beans, red curry, coconut milk. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well.

Savory egg custard with bacon, swiss and gruyere cheese baked in a pie crust. Served with potatoes O’Brien (onions and peppers). Freezes well.
We use hormone and antibiotic free Red Bird Chicken and Aspen Ridge Beef. All meals are fully cooked, made fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen. Ready to heat and eat. Meals last 4-6 days in the refrigerator, most meals will freeze well, except fresh salads. The FDA recommends that all food be heated to an internal temperature of at least 165°F before consuming.
