Our chefs will prepare your meals made from only fresh, local and healthy ingredients. 

Step 3: We Deliver to Your Home

Your order will delivered directly to your door step on your selected delivery day. We deliver on Thursdays from 2:00 - 6:00 pm. You will receive an email or text when we are on our way. 




Place your order by Tuesday at 6pm, delivery on Thursday. All meals are made fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen. The menu items are described below. Place your order HERE.


1) BBQ Pulled Pork Bowl with mashed red potatoes, baked beans and coleslaw. This dish is gluten free. 
2) Chicken Marsala on egg noodles. Made with hormone free Red Bird chicken, mushrooms, onions and marsala wine sauce.
3) Falafel with Garden Salad. Our house made falafel on a garden salad with olives, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese. Served with cucumber yogurt tzatziki sauce, tahini sauce and pita. This dish is vegetarian. 
4) Grilled Chicken Caesar Made with hormone free Red Bird chicken, romaine lettuce, parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing. For gluten free, don't eat the croutons which are in a separate container.
5) Persian Chicken and Veggie Kabob on rice with tzatziki sauce. Hormone free Red Bird chicken is marinated in Persian saffron marinade with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Grilled and served with tzatziki sauce with yogurt, cucumber and dill. This dish is gluten free.
6) Southwest Chicken Stuffed Poblano with Spanish Rice. Roasted Poblano pepper is stuffed with hormone free Red Bird chicken, black beans, corn and cheese served with Spanish rice. This dish is gluten free.
7) Spicy Harissa Cod with potatoes. Harissa is a spicy African chili paste, it is smeared on the cod and baked. Served with roasted potatoes and veggies. This dish is gluten free and dairy free.
8) Thai Peanut Noodles with bell pepper, carrot, green onion and cilantro tossed with noodles and peanut sauce. This dish is vegetarian and dairy free. Contains peanuts.
9) Thai Red Curry Chicken with Rice. Made with hormone free Red Bird chicken, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, green beans, coconut milk, curry paste. Served with rice.  This dish is gluten and dairy free.
