Eat 100 Foods makes meals using fresh, local and organic ingredients in a commercial kitchen in Longmont, Colorado. We deliver our healthy delicious meals to your doorstep.

All meals are ready to heat and eat, no prep needed, simply heat in the microwave or the oven.

A new menu is posted weekly with 9 meals to choose from including vegan, vegetarian, healthy proteins, gluten free and dairy free.

#1 Burrito Bowl, Chicken, Beef or Tofu (GF) 

Your choice of Red Bird Chicken, Aspen Ridge Beef or Tofu with brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, roasted corn, pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lime juice), cheese, cilantro. Gluten free, request no cheese for dairy free. Freezes well.


#2 Fajita Chicken or Vegetarian (GF)

Grilled Redbird chicken, bell peppers and onions with corn tortillas, salsa, sour cream and cheese. Gluten free, request no cheese for dairy free. Freezes well. 


#3 Salmon Cakes, Mango Cabbage Slaw  (GF, DF)

We make our salmon cakes with wild caught salmon, GF bread crumbs, dill and eggs. Served with chipotle mayo and mango cabbage slaw. Contains cilantro, gluten free, dairy free. The salmon cakes will freeze well and the mango cabbage slaw will not.


#4 Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli (GF)

Zucchini and bell pepper are baked in individual sized meatloaf. Served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Freezes well.


#5 Nicoise Salad, Tuna or Chicken (GF, DF)

Crisp romaine lettuce is topped with seared tuna or grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, green beans, potatoes and tomatoes. The dressing is red wine vinaigrette.


#6 Mediterranean Chicken, Quinoa Tabouli (GF) 

Tabouli is a Mediterranean grain salad, we make ours with quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, parsley, mint, lime juice and olive oil served with redbird chicken and tzatziki sauce (cucumber, lime and yogurt). Take the sauce out and the meal freezes well. The sauce will last in the fridge for 2 weeks. Gluten free, freezes well. Request no tzatziki for dairy free.


#7 Stuffed Poblano, Vegetarian or Chicken (GF) 

Served with Spanish rice. A roasted poblano pepper is stuffed with Redbird chicken, organic quinoa, organic black beans, bell peppers, organic corn and cheese. Served with Spanish rice (rice, tomato sauce, chili seasonings). Gluten free, freezes well.


#8 Eggplant Parmesan on Spaghetti 

Crispy breaded eggplant, marinara sauce, parmesan & mozzarella cheeses. Served with spaghetti and green beans. Freezes well.


#9 Quiche Lorraine

Savory egg custard with bacon, swiss and gruyere cheese baked in a pie crust. Served with sweet potato hash (onions and peppers). Freezes well. 


We use hormone and antibiotic free Red Bird Chicken and Aspen Ridge Beef. All meals are fully cooked, made fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen. Ready to heat and eat. Meals last 4-6 days in the refrigerator, most meals will freeze well, except fresh salads, slaws and tzataki. The FDA recommends that all food be heated to an internal temperature of at least 165°F before consuming.
