Step 3: We Deliver to Your Home

Your order will delivered directly to your door step on your selected delivery day. We deliver on Thursdays from 2:00 - 6:00 pm. You will receive an email or text when we are on our way.

#1 Burrito Bowl, Chicken or Beef. Your choice of Red Bird Chicken or Aspen Ridge Beef with brown rice, black beans, bell peppers, roasted corn, pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lime juice), cheese, cilantro. Gluten free, the cheese is on the side for dairy free. 
#2 Monterey Chicken  Red Bird chicken breast is topped with BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese, tomatoes and green onions, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
#3 Chicken Caesar Salad Red Bird chicken breast is marinated and grilled. Served on a bed of romaine lettuce with croutons, Parmesan and Caesar dressing. Croutons are in a separate container for gluten free.
#4 Beef Lasagna with bell peppers and zucchini layered with noodles, tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella. Served with green beans
#5 Cuban Ropa Vieja, shredded beef, onions and bell peppers are simmered in tomato sauce. Served with rice, black beans and fried plantains. 
#6 Spicy Harissa Cod. Harissa is a spicy African chili paste, we smear on cod and baked. Served with roasted potatoes and veggies.
#7 Tortellini Jamaica Mon is an amazing combination of cheese tortellini and rotini pasta, bananas, grapes and pineapple simmered in a white wine sauce. Vegetarian.
#8 Vegetarian Lasagna. We make the lasagna with bell peppers and zucchini layered with noodles, tomato sauce, ricotta and mozzarella. Served with green beans. 
#9 Broccoli & Cheese Quiche with Sweet Potato Hash with onions, bell peppers. Vegetarian

All meals are fully cooked, made fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen. Ready to heat and eat. The FDA recommends that all food be heated to an internal temperature of at least 165°F before consuming.
