Eat 100 Foods makes meals using fresh, local and organic ingredients in a commercial kitchen in Longmont, Colorado. We deliver our healthy delicious meals to your doorstep.

All meals are ready to heat and eat, no prep needed, simply heat in the microwave or the oven.

A new menu is posted weekly with 9 meals to choose from including vegan, vegetarian, healthy proteins, gluten free and dairy free. 

Eat 100 Foods makes healthy delicious meals easy using Chef Karin’s knowledge from Nutrition and Culinary schools.

#1 Taco Bowl, Turkey,  Beef or Tofu (GF)

Seasoned brown rice, taco meat (turkey, beef or tofu), black beans, cheese, Pico de Gallo (tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lime juice, cilantro) and crispy tortilla strips. Gluten free, dairy free customers request no cheese. Freezes well.

 

#2 Monterey Chicken (GF)

Chicken breast is baked with BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese, tomatoes and green onions, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Gluten free, dairy free customers request dairy free and we will make dairy free mashed potatoes and no cheese on the chicken. This dish freezes well.

 

#3 Herb Tilapia (GF, DF)

Seasoned tilapia is pan seared and served with fresh herb rice, pickled onions and sweet potatoes. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well. 

 

#4 Ropa Vieja (GF, DF)

Savory Cuban shredded beef made with bell peppers, onions and tomato sauce. Served with rice, black beans and fried plantains. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well.

 

#5 Santa Fe Salad with Chicken or Tofu (GF) 

Lettuce, black beans, pico de gallo, cheese, corn tortilla strips, cilantro lime dressing add marinated chicken or tofu. Gluten free, dairy free customers request no cheese.

 

#6 Loaded Stuffed Baked Potato (GF) 

We bake a russet potato then stuff it with broccoli, cheese, green onions and sour cream. Choose vegetarian or you have the option to add bacon. Gluten free and freezes well. 

 

#7 Fried Rice, Vegetarian or Chicken (GF, DF)

Made with peas, carrots, broccoli, green onions, scrambled eggs and gf soy sauce. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well.

 

#8 Chicken Marsala 

Chicken breast sauteed with butter, onions, garlic, mushrooms and Marsala wine. Served on egg noodles. Freezes well. 

 

#9 Asparagus Swiss Quiche

Savory egg custard with asparagus and swiss cheese baked in a pie crust. Served with potatoes O’Brien (onions and peppers). Vegetarian, freezes well. 

Sausage Breakfast Burrito

Breakfast sausage, eggs, potatoes, salsa and cheese. Dairy free customers request no cheese. Freezes well.

 

Whole Quiche (GF option)

Your choice of Quiche Lorraine, Broccoli & Cheddar or Asparagus & Swiss. Savory egg custard baked in a pie crust. Freezes well.

We use locally raised hormone and antibiotic free Redbird chicken, Aspen Ridge beef and Polidori sausage. All meals are fully cooked, made fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen. Ready to heat and eat. Meals last 5-6 days in the refrigerator, most meals will freeze well, except fresh salads, slaws and tzataki. The FDA recommends that all food be heated to an internal temperature of at least 165°F before consuming.
