Traditional Menu - Our Traditional Menu combines a variety of meals including vegan, vegetarian and healthy protein meals. Meal descriptions are listed on the Menu Description page.
Low-Carb Gluten Free Menu - Our Low-Carb Menu is 100% gluten free and many dishes are dairy free. This is a combination of Paleo and Keto Style meals in balanced portion sizes that are great for everyone. The macros are listed on the Menu Description page.
Order 5, 6, 7, 8, or 10 meals. Select your meals for the week.
Order by Tuesday night at 6pm to receive meals for the following Thursday.
Heat and Eat! No chopping, sautéing or extra prep required. Simply place the meals in the oven or microwave to heat.
The fiber and foil containers are 100% compostable in a commercial composting facility.

Your meals are sourced & prepared from the freshest ingredients available and made locally in our Longmont commercial kitchen. Every meal is made from scratch by our team with organic veggies and hormone free meats.
We Deliver to Your Home
Your meals arrive on Thursday between 1pm and 7pm. If you are not home please leave a cooler by the door so we can place your meals it it. You will be notified by email or text when your delivery is on its way.
Your order will be delivered directly to your door step by an employee of Eat 100 Foods.

#1 Cajun Cauliflower Bowl with Tofu or Chicken, brown rice, roasted Cajun seasoned cauliflower, green beans, green onions, carrots, lemon tahini sauce. Comes with your choice of Tofu or grilled Red Bird chicken. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well.
#2 Lasagna, Beef or Vegetarian. We make our lasagna with bell peppers and zucchini layered with noodles, tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella. You have the option to add Aspen Ridge ground beef. Served with green beans. Freezes well.
#3 Orange Ginger Beef Stir Fry with Rice, carrots, water chestnuts, snow peas, bell peppers, zucchini, orange slices and green onions. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well.
#4 Chicken Caesar Salad Red Bird chicken breast is marinated and grilled. Served on a bed of romaine lettuce with croutons, Parmesan and Caesar dressing. Croutons are in a separate container for gluten free
#5 New England Clam Chowder, creamy clam chowder with bacon, potatoes, onions, garlic and cream. Served with Oyster Crackers.Freezes well.
#6 Tortellini Jamaica Mon is an amazing combination of cheese tortellini and rotini pasta, bananas, grapes and pineapple simmered in a white wine sauce. Vegetarian.
#7 Spicy Harissa Cod. Harissa is a spicy African chili paste, smeared on the cod then baked. Served with roasted potatoes and veggies. Gluten free and dairy free, freezes well.
#8 Fried Rice, Vegetarian or Chicken, made with peas, carrots, broccoli, green onions, scrambled eggs and gf soy sauce. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well
#9 Broccoli Cheese Quiche. Savory egg custard with broccoli and cheddar cheese baked in a pie crust. Served with Sweet Potato Hash (peppers and onions). Freezes well.
We use hormone and antibiotic free Red Bird Chicken and Aspen Ridge Beef. All meals are fully cooked, made fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen. Ready to heat and eat. Meals last 4-6 days in the refrigerator, most meals will freeze well, except fresh salads. The FDA recommends that all food be heated to an internal temperature of at least 165°F before consuming.
