Order by Tuesday night at 6pm to receive meals for the following Thursday.

Heat and Eat! No chopping, sautéing or extra prep required. Simply place the meals in the oven or microwave to heat. 

The fiber and foil containers are 100% compostable in a commercial composting facility.

We Cook for You

Your meals are sourced & prepared from the freshest ingredients available and made locally in our Longmont commercial kitchen. Every meal is made from scratch by our team with organic veggies and hormone free meats.

We Deliver to Your Home

Your meals arrive on Thursday between 1pm and 7pm. If you are not home please leave a cooler by the door so we can place your meals it it. You will be notified by email or text when your delivery is on its way.

Your order will be delivered directly to your door step by an employee of Eat 100 Foods.

#1 Burrito Bowl, Chicken, Beef or Tofu (GF)

Your choice of Red Bird Chicken, Aspen Ridge Beef or Organic Tofu with brown rice, organic black beans, bell peppers, roasted corn, pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lime juice), cheese, cilantro. Gluten free


#2 Thai Chicken Satay with Grilled Veggies. (Gluten Free, Dairy Free) 

Red Bird chicken is placed on skewers, marinated then grilled, served with rice, veggie and Thai peanut sauce. Freezes well. 


#3 Salmon Cakes, Mango Cabbage Slaw (GF)

We make our salmon cakes with wild caught salmon, bread crumbs, dill and eggs. Served with chipotle mayo and mango cabbage slaw. Dairy free.


#4 Orange Ginger Beef Stir Fry with Rice (GF, DF)

Flank steak is marinated and sauteed with carrots, water chestnuts, snow peas, bell peppers, zucchini, orange slices and green onions. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well.


#5 Chicken Cobb Salad with Italian Dressing. (GF, DF)

This is a wonderful salad with grilled Red Bird chicken, bacon, hard boiled egg, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and a homemade Italian dressing. Gluten free, Dairy free.


#6 Santa Fe Chicken on Corn Lime Rice (GF)

Redbird chicken breast is baked with bell peppers, black beans, onions and chili spices. Served on a bed of corn and rice seasoned with cilantro & lime. Topped with cheddar cheese. Gluten free.


#7 Thai Red Curry with Rice. 

Choose chicken or vegetarian, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, onions, green beans, red curry, coconut milk. Gluten free, dairy free, freezes well.


#8 Peanut Noodles (Dairy Free) 

Carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, bell peppers, tossed with spaghetti noodles and peanut sauce Freezes well. 


#9 Quiche Lorraine. 

Savory egg custard with bacon, swiss and gruyere cheese baked in a pie crust. Served with potatoes O’Brien (onions and peppers). Freezes well. 


We use hormone and antibiotic free Red Bird Chicken and Aspen Ridge Beef. All meals are fully cooked, made fresh from scratch in our commercial kitchen. Ready to heat and eat. Meals last 4-6 days in the refrigerator, most meals will freeze well, except fresh salads. The FDA recommends that all food be heated to an internal temperature of at least 165°F before consuming.
