I've been a personal chef in Boulder, Colorado for 9 years, cooking for a handful of families. I've decided to expand my services and deliver meals to everyone. Each week I'm posting a menu my website. All meals are cooked fresh, from scratch in a commercial kitchen. Delivery is on Thursdays to Boulder and the surrounding areas.

I believe in the importance of good food & the power of delicious meals prepared with whole ingredients. When you fuel your body with the right nutrients, you will feel your best. 

I serve beef and chicken that is 100% hormone and antibiotic-free, it's called “never ever,” which means animals have never been given hormones or antibiotics. The chicken is Redbird and the beef is angus from Aspen Ridge. These are both Colorado companies. I shop for the best quality of local and organic vegetables.

Getting food to the table is a big job. Nutrition is important for everyone — even if you’re strapped for time. You want to feed your family the healthiest, high-quality whole foods available… to give them exactly what they need, prepped and ready to go. I’m a Natural Foods Chef and Nutrition Therapy Practitioner from Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. I'm also a Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner.

I graduated from NTI with a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner Certificate in 2013 and I began working as a nutritionist. I quickly realized many of my clients couldn't follow my dietary advice because they didn't have access to healthy home cooked meals. So, I enrolled in the culinary program at NTI. Upon graduation in 2014 I began Eat 100 Foods, Personal Chef Services. In the early days of Eat 100 Foods, I had only a few clients and would prepare meals for each one in their own homes. When the pandemic hit, I had to make some changes to my business. I began preparing my clients meals in a commercial kitchen instead of their homes and I added the meal delivery menu to my website.

I have been able to heal my body and increase my energy -- thanks to the healing benefits of healthy, natural food. But more importantly, I am able to help other feel amazing and heal their bodies with my Meal Delivery and Personal Chef Services.
