Our mission at Eat 100 Foods is to simplify your mealtime. In today's fast-paced world, finding the time to plan, shop, and prepare nutritious meals can be a challenge. That's where we come in. With Chef Karin's expertise from Nutrition and Culinary schools, we make enjoying exceptional meals effortless.

Meet Chef Karin Eckert: 
I'm Chef Karin Eckert, a Natural Foods Chef and Nutrition Therapy Practitioner certified by the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. My journey began in 2013 when I obtained my Nutrition Therapy Practitioner Certificate. Initially, I worked as a nutritionist, but I soon realized that many of my clients struggled to follow dietary advice due to a lack of access to healthy, home-cooked meals.

From Nutritionist to Chef: 
To bridge this gap, I enrolled in the culinary program at NTI and graduated in 2014. This marked the birth of Eat 100 Foods, Personal Chef Services. Initially, I cooked for my clients in their homes, but when the pandemic arrived, I adapted my business model. I now prepare meals in a commercial kitchen and offer a convenient meal delivery menu on my website.

Food as Medicine: 
Hippocrates once wisely said, "Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food." I wholeheartedly embrace this philosophy. Not only have I experienced personal healing and increased energy through the nourishing benefits of natural, wholesome food, but I've also witnessed incredible transformations in others.
